Ingredients
225g of Plain flour + a bit more for rolling
60g of sugar
4 teaspoons of baking powder
45g of Butter/Margarine
Pinch of salt
1 egg
Milk
Method
Mix all the dry ingredients together
Rub in the butter/margarine
Crack the egg in
Add milk until at a rolling consistency (shouldn't stick to your hands but should keep a shape
Roll out with your hands to around 2-3cm
Cut out about the shape of a small glass
Cook for around 10 minutes in a 200c oven
They're cooked when they are firm to the touch
